Main Event in Grapevine for Junior High
Location: Main Event - Grapevine, TXDates: November 8-8, 2008
Time: STARTS: 9:00 AM ENDS: 11:30 AM
For all events we must have a registration form located above the picture to the right. All forms and money are due by Oct. 29th. Checks and forms can be turned in at the parish offices after hours by dropping them in the wall pocket that is just inside the front doors of the office.
Schedule: We will meet in the Main Event parking lot at 9:00 am on Saturday, Nov. 8th. We will split into mixed groups, 1/2 Christ Haven and 1/2 SEAS. We will bowl first, then laser tag and games. We will finish up with pizza and drinks. Parents need to pick up by 11:30 am.
Youth will need their own transportation to and from the event. All youth must have a Form A and Form B signed. These can be found on this page to the upper right.-------->
Form A needs to be filled out once per year. If you ahve already filled it out for religious ed send an email to teacherhelper@gmail.com so we can pull it from our files.
Form B is an event form. There is an individual Form B for every event. It must be filled out before every event.
